I recently deleted the original post that l made here when I launched this Substack in October 2022.
Mainly because at the time I was still very much in my “Manthropologist” phase of life, which lasted the better part of two decades.
Only the last five or six years of which were conscious, meaning, I didn’t realize I was searching, exploring, and experimenting that whole time. Trying things out and on to find my truth, my realest desires, the ones that come from my soul, not my programming, conditioning, wounding, or ego.
Now, as I write, I am about to cross the threshold into my 40s.
I am so elated to be stepping into a new decade.
I LOVE getting older.
I love learning, growing, evolving, expanding, and integrating.
My 30s were a decade of alchemizing and transmuting, of composting, creating, and embodying.
My 40s feel so full of possibility, largely because of everything I did in my 30s.
So what is the Labyrinth of Love?
First things first, the only thing I know is that it will continue to show us what it wants to be.
Some ideas about what it’s been so far, in it’s first ten months:
A place for me to write freely and wildly, with curiosity, clarity, insight, tenderness, certainty, uncertainty. It’s a place for living in the questions.
A place to be a full-on mystic and creative, independent of my body of work at The School of Sacred Embodiment.
A place for healing, growth, and liberation.
A place for rough drafts and conversation.
A place for writing from my Wild Soul for fun and for practice.
Everything is possible here.
Thanks for stopping by.
Whoa. Sitting here as my cells upgrade as a result of you finding the words to express experiences that for some are inexpressible. I knew this was going to be a journey when you said yes...but I had no idea how much it would mean for me too. Your Life is the Labyrinth of Love and I am so grateful that you share that path with us.
One of the things that I find so compelling about your writings and teachings is how they are both comforting/familiar/safe AND expansive/intriguing/thought-provoking. This has that and more (as Amy said). Oooooo, I’m so looking forward to all of this! 💜
